Brian DeMore is the founder and President of US Advisors, bringing over 30 years of distinguished experience in law enforcement and federal operations. Throughout his career, Brian has worked closely with agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and Department of State, among others. His expertise spans critical areas including homeland security, border management, criminal investigations, and intelligence. Known for his forward-thinking approach, Brian integrates data, analytics, and technology to drive strategic decision-making and achieve impactful results.

A resident of Southern California, Brian values quality time with his wife and their three grown children. Outside of work, he enjoys the region’s natural beauty, finding moments of balance and inspiration in the outdoors. Dedicated to combining innovation with practical expertise, Brian is committed to creating meaningful solutions that make a lasting impact in his field and the communities he serves.

Timothy Robbins

CEO

Tim Robbins brings over 30 years of distinguished federal government service to his role as CEO of US Advisors. As a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) for a decade, Tim earned a reputation as a results-driven leader with deep expertise in intelligence, border management, and security operations. Known for his innovative approach, he combines strategic planning, policy, and data-driven analytics to solve complex challenges and drive impactful outcomes.

Tim lives in Utah with his family, where he enjoys the year-round outdoor activities the state has to offer, from hiking and skiing to exploring its breathtaking landscapes. Before co-founding US Advisors, he held key leadership roles at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), including Deputy Assistant Director for Targeting Operations and Acting Executive Associate Director for Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). In these roles, he oversaw nationwide operations, managed multi-billion-dollar budgets, and led teams across domestic and international locations. A proud U.S. Army veteran and recipient of the prestigious Meritorious Executive Presidential Rank Award, Tim is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to create solutions that matter.

Kishore Radhakrishnan

Chief Strategy Officer

Kishore Radhakrishnan is the CSO at US Advisors leading the company’s strategic growth efforts, business development and industry partnerships, client development activities, and market positioning. Kishore is a management consultant with 15 years of experience supporting commercial and Government clients at the Federal, State, and local levels. Kishore specializes in innovative solutions for clients in the homeland security, defense, and national security space across strategy, policy, technology solutions, and core operations. Kishore has experience successfully managing programs at agencies such as DHS HQ (I&A, CIO, S&T, etc.), FEMA, ICE, CBP, USCIS, TSA, FBI, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, the Department of State, the Department of Health and Human Services, the State of California, and the County of Los Angeles amongst others.

Kishore is a proud Maryland Terp, and still considers himself a tourist in Southern California even though he’s lived there for several years with his wife and Pluto – the cutest Staffie mix you’ll ever meet. In his free time, Kishore enjoys the outdoors, nerding out on all things space/launch related, and experimenting in the kitchen as an amateur chef.

David Marin

Chief Talent Officer

Dave Marin is the Chief Talent Officer at US Advisors and is an experienced and enthusiastic leader with over 30 years of federal managerial experience creating and directing an extensive array of domestic and international federal law enforcement programs and operations. David excels in identifying the best people to fill particular needs within an organization, his significant background in developing, training, leading, and motivating personnel has benefited both domestic and international clients. As a former member of the Senior Executive Service (SES), David has substantial experience in establishing effective internal and external working relationships and overseeing programs within the national security operational portfolio, including prior roles as the ICE ERO Field Office Director for Los Angeles, acting Deputy Executive Associate Director for ERO, and ICE Attaché in Pakistan.

Jeffrey Lynch

Senior Program Manager for HHS and Migrant Programs

Jeffrey Lynch is an accomplished Senior Executive Service (SES) federal law enforcement professional who retired with over 30 years of experience directing field, national, and international operations and working with partners at the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Department of State, among others. Throughout his career, Jeff has excelled in delivering expert leadership in areas spanning national security, immigration law enforcement and border security, and detention operations and compliance. Jeff is experienced in international operations and was a key member of a high-profile team that negotiated bilateral agreements with foreign governments to advance U.S. interests supporting law enforcement and national security.

As the senior program manager for all US Advisors’ HHS and migrant programs, Jeff has built a solid reputation for successfully managing numerous concurrent projects through all phases, ensuring they remain within budget, on schedule, and within the established scope. Jeff is a proud Navy veteran, a Certified Project Management Professional, and maintains a TS-SCI security clearance.

Clayton Thomas

Senior Program Manager for DHS and OCONUS Programs

Clay Thomas is the US Advisors Senior Program Manager for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and OCONUS Programs. Clay served over 25 years in federal law enforcement through an accomplished career with the U.S. Border Patrol. Clay’s extensive experience includes Border Patrol and border security operations, international operations, multi-agency/joint operations, intelligence, strategic operations against transnational threats, prosecutions and asset forfeiture, firearms management and instruction, canine operations and training, as well as implementation and management of Migrant Protection Protocols, short-term detention, processing and transportation facilities.

Clay also served as the DHS Deputy Federal Coordinator for Operation Allies Welcome-Dona Ana Safe Haven, representing the lead federal agency. He worked alongside the U.S. Army’s 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, and led multiple federal agencies and NGOs to manage the resettlement of nearly 12,000 Afghan parolees. He played a pivotal role in briefing DHS Secretaries, Congressional Delegations (CODELS), and Vice-Presidential visits to the United States-Mexico border during the migrant influx from 2019-2021. Clay resides in Texas and enjoys spending time with his wife and three grown children.
